Landowner Rights and the Trans Pecos Pipeline

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will conduct a Landowner’s Legal Rights in Pipeline Condemnation program at 6:30 p.m. April 19 in the Presidio County Courthouse Courtroom, 320 N. Highland Ave. in Marfa.

Jesse Lea Schneider, AgriLife Extension agent in Presidio County, said Judon Fambrough, attorney and senior lecturer at the Texas A&M Real Estate Center at College Station, will be the speaker.

The program is free and open to the public.

“Fambrough will speak on the current law and landowners’ rights relating to pipeline condemnation issues,” Schneider said.

“The AgriLife Extension offices in Presidio, Brewster and Jeff Davis counties are offering this program to address current issues and questions concerning the Trans Pecos Pipeline Project. We are pleased and fortunate to have Mr. Fambrough here to offer his insight.”
